- USE OF THIS SITE
You must only use the site in accordance with these terms and conditions and any applicable law.
To place orders and access some of the features on the site, you must register an account with us.
To register an account, you must provide accurate and current information; and be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
This site and its contents are subject to intellectual property rights which are either owned by or licensed to Cissy Flo.
You must not reproduce, transmit, communicate, adapt, distribute, sell, modify or publish or otherwise use any of the material on this site without prior written consent.
Some products may differ to a small extent from the way they appear on the site and may not be an exact representation of the products received.
- ORDERS
A contract for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until you receive a delivery confirmation email from us.
We may in our discretion refuse to accept an order from you for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of stock in which case we may offer you an alternative product or refund any payment already made by you.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Australian orders are delivered by Australia Post for FREE, unless you require Express Post Delivery on clothing only.
No international shipping is available on all products during COVID-19.
We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of delivery/transit. We do not provide insurance.
Orders will be shipped during normal business hours Monday to Friday.
- CUSTOMS, CHARGES AND DUTIES
We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any customs, charges or duties.
- FAULTY CLOTHING PRODUCTS
If you have received a clothing product with a defect or fault, please contact us as soon as possible via email on hello@cissyflo.com with images of the defect or fault so that we may resolve the issue.
If the clothing product is determined to have a defect or fault, we will replace the product or refund upon receipt of documentary evidence of the amount paid by you. If it is determined that the product does not to have a defect or fault, we will contact you to ship the product back to you.
The clothing product does not have a defect or fault, if following the sale of the product to you and in our reasonable opinion, the product has become of unacceptable quality due to:
- wear and tear;
- misuse;
- failure to use or wash in accordance with manufacturers’ care instructions; or
- failure to take reasonable care.
- CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS ON CLOTHING
You can return any garment within seven (7) days of purchase or the date of delivery for online orders, and if:
- the returned clothing product is in the original packaging and is unworn and unused and unwashed with all the original tags still attached; and
- returned with documentary evidence of the amount paid by you
we will, at your request:
- offer to exchange (when stock is available); and/or
- provide you with a refund.
We will not refund any delivery fees, customs, charges or duties that you have paid, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
if the returned clothing product is, in our reasonable opinion, not in compliance with our terms, we will contact you to ship the product back to you.
We are not liable for the loss or damage of the item being returned.
7. RETURNS / EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM PRINTING & FRAMING
All printing & framing is a custom-made order via a third party which means we do not hold any stock on hand and cannot accept a return or exchange. As there is no refund on your order, please select your product carefully. If the product has otherwise arrived faulty for any reason, please get in contact for the matter to be resolved.
8. DELIVERY PERIOD ON CUSTOM PRINTING & FRAMING
Due to the custom-made order, allow up to 21 days for delivery.
9. RETURNS / EXCHANGES & DELIVERY ON ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
We do not accept return or exchange on original paintings.
Original paintings are in stock and will be shipped within 48 hours of order.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This website contains material which is owned by Cissy & Flo. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited. All trademarks and intellectual property identified on this website are the ownership of Cissy & Flo and retains all intellectual property rights in all content and reserves its rights if there is a breach. All materials on this website, and the website itself, are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights.
Any content includes a creative expression and includes, without limitation, photographs, images, logos, video, audio, illustrations, animations, tools, written posts, replies, and comments, information, data, text, software, scripts, executable files, graphics, and interactive features, any of which may be generated, provided, or otherwise made accessible on or through the website or any other social media interaction or communication.
