Cissy & Flo Offers Free Shipping Nationwide In Australia; Or Pay $10 For Express Delivery Within Australia.
Shipping for all orders within Australia is free and will receive free standard tracked shipping, using Australia Post. Orders will be shipped during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. We will provide you with a tracking # once your order has been dispatched.
If you require Express Shipping, click the extra $10 cost option within the Order when processing your order. It will automatically add $10 to your purchases, and we will process your order accordingly.
To ensure your order is delivered safely to you, we recommend you provide a secure, business hours delivery address. Check that all your details are accurate. Cissy & Flo bear no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries which provides a full track and trace service, and for your added security will require a signature on delivery. You can check the progress order with your tracking number here.
Standard shipping will be delivered within 1-7 business days depending on your location.
Express shipping will be delivered within 1-4 business days depending on your location.
Cissy & Flo Delivers Internationally for a Flat Rate Of AU $35
For international orders a flat fee of A$35 applies. This Fee does not include possible duties and taxes imposed by either the country of origin or destination.
Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not Cissy & Flo. Cissy & Flo is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
International orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that all purchases on earrings are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons.
Returns or exchanges on full price purchases are accepted within 7 days from the receipt of the goods. If 7 days have passed since the date of delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items purchased on sale are final and we do not accept exchanges, refunds or credits. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
We do not offer exchanges or credits for any items won in a competition.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned to us in original condition with all labels / tags attached. Returns may take several days to process.
To return your product:
- Please contact us first by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 7 days with your order # including details of items you will be returning and a reason for the return. We will reply with an Identification Authorisation # for you to include on your return form.
- Print and complete our return form here.
- For a refund to be issued, it must be posted within 3 days of our reply email.
- Include the form with the product and please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
- As stated above, ensure the product you return is in the original condition; unworn, unwashed, unused with the original labels / tags attached.
- We will not refund the initial shipping cost (express post or international orders), nor cover the cost of your return shipment (all orders).
- For exchanges, you will need to include a pre-paid return envelope at the appropriate size inside with your return address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As we are not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.
Refunds will only be processed after you have received an approval email with an identification Authorisation number and provided you have met all conditions.
Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete.
Cissy & Flo will not credit any customs or duties due on your order, including items won in a competition. Such taxes are to be borne by customers within their own jurisdiction.
